• POSTES : 

Nous recherchons des ingénieurs brevets expérimentés pour nos agences de Lyon et Paris.

• Au sein d’une équipe d’ingénieurs Brevets et Conseils en Propriété Industrielle aux compétences reconnues, votre mission consistera principalement en : 
• l’étude de la brevetabilité des inventions, rédaction de brevets
• la conduite des procédures d’obtention des droits et défense des droits tant en France qu’à l’étranger (INPI, OEB, USPTO..)
• l’étude de liberté d’exploitation
• l’analyse de validité et portée des droits de nos clients et/ou leurs concurrents
• l’assistance de nos clients dans leurs litiges et leurs négociations (audit, due diligence, contrats…)
• la participation et la mise en œuvre de stratégies d’attaque ou de défense vis-à-vis de concurrents. 

• PROFILS RECHERCHÉS : 

Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou universitaire, vous êtes en cours d’acquisition de la qualification de Mandataire Européen ou de la qualification Française, vous justifiez d’une 1ère expérience acquise dans l’industrie ou en tant que collaborateur d’un cabinet de Conseil en Propriété Industrielle.

Efficace, fiable et réactif, organisé(e) et rigoureux, vous avez un esprit de synthèse, une bonne capacité d’écoute ainsi qu’un bon esprit d’équipe.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais.

Technicolor Patent Licensing is currently looking for qualified and experimented candidates for a patent counsel position to handle a Compression Patent Portfolio.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Protecting Technicolor inventions by identifying, drafting and filing patent applications based on invention disclosures received from Research & Innovation and Digital Delivery Group
• Prosecuting patent applications by drafting responses to Office Actions from the Patent Offices throughout the world, or giving instructions and comments to external Patent Attorneys throughout the world
• Representing Technicolor in front of the European Patent Office and the French Patent Office 
• Support missions for Licensing-in and Licensing-out activities 

PROFILE

• CEIPI (preferably qualified at EPO and/or INPI)
• 3 to 5 years experience as a patent counsel
• Strong technical background in electronics, signal processing and communication technology, and especially in video compression technologies.
• Fluent English and French mandatory
