Un ingénieur brevets confirmé (h/f) 

Spécialisé(e) en chimie 

Mandataire européen et/ou 

Conseil en propriété industrielle 

Missions 

Au sein du département Chimie-Pharmacie-Biotechnologies constitué d’une équipe multinationale de Conseils en Propriété Industrielle, vous prendrez progressivement en charge un portefeuille de clients français et étrangers, pour leur offrir les prestations suivantes :

• Rédaction de demandes de brevet, en Français et en Anglais
• Suivi des procédures d’examen en France comme à l’étranger
• Etudes de brevetabilité et de liberté d’exploitation,
• Consultations
• Conseil en matière de contentieux

Formation 

• Solide formation d’ingénieur chimiste ou formation universitaire équivalente
• Diplômé(e) du CEIPI
• Conseil en Propriété Industrielle et/ou Mandataire Européen

Expérience professionnelle 

• Au moins cinq années d’expérience dans le domaine de la Propriété Industrielle, exercées au sein d’un cabinet de conseil en PI, dans un service spécialisé d’une entreprise, ou à l’OEB. Une expérience dans le domaine de la chimie des matériaux et/ou du génie chimique serait un plus.

• Efficace, rigoureux et réactif
• Esprit d’équipe et capacité d’écoute
• Très bonne aptitude à la rédaction d’écrits
• Maitrise de l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral

Qualified European Patent Attorney 

Your responsibilities: 

• Providing intellectual property services to all companies of the group
• Protecting the innovations made in the various companies of the group
• Drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications in various countries throughout the world
• Oppositions, infringing risk and validity assessments
• Licence agreements and patent enforcement

Your profile: 

• You are a qualified European Patent Attorney (EPA)
• You have qualifications in the electromechanical/electronic or micro technical field,
 • You have 5-7 years of experience in a related position
• You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage
