ayant une première expérience en matière de propriété industrielle, en cabinet ou bien dans l’industrie.
Le candidat recherché aura en charge le suivi des procédures d’examen et de délivrance de demandes de brevet européen, la rédaction de nouvelles demandes de brevet (français et européen), le suivi de procédures d’opposition/recours auprès de l’OEB, l’étude de validité de brevets et apportera son conseil à une clientèle internationale.
Le poste, basé à Lyon, est à pourvoir rapidement.
Formation d'ingénieur ou universitaire.
Français et anglais courants (à l'écrit comme à l'oral) indispensables.
Allemand apprécié.
Qualification EQE ou en préparation appréciée.
Qualification EQF avantageuse.

a Life Science PATENT ATTORNEY (m/w)
The duties of the successful candidate will involve drafting and prosecuting European and French patent applications, handling EPO oppositions and appeals, performing validity and infringement assessments, as experience and qualifications permit, and providing advice to an international clientele. The technical fields concerned include animal and plant biology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmaceutical sciences and genetics.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent educational background to at least degree level in a LIFE SCIENCE and experience of working in the patent field, either in private practice or in industry. The candidate will be a qualified European Patent Attorney, or will be in the process of completing the European qualification. A French national qualification would be advantageous.
Fluency in French and English is indispensable. German is a plus.
