Manager IP & Licensing
Permanent Full time position
HalioDx is now hiring a Manager IP & Licensing – permanent full time position from November 1st 2018.
Position responsibilities:
• Licensing-in
o Coordinate Innovation Task Force (ITF)
o Analyze licensing-in opportunities
o Coordinate reporting to licensors
o Participate to license negotiations and contact with licensors/TTO
• IP
o Manage prosecution of patent families and trademarks
o FTO, oppositions, IP enforcement (participation)
o Annual fees and administrative management
• Legal – contracts
o Draft and negotiate (legal part) agreements, particularly Medical Affairs or R&D related agreements (CDA, MTA, research collaborations, services, consultancy, consortium), in close coordination with the relevant internal departments, and with the support of external attorneys - Could be adapted/extended to other kind of contracts
Education/Experience level:
• At least Master degree in Biology
• IP & licensing knowledge (master degree in IP would be great)
• Strong drafting knowledge
• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Fluent English and French
